Mark Olive, known as ‘The Black Olive’ is one of Australia’s most celebrated and renowned Indigenous chefs.

He has been cooking for more than 30 years and recently visited the Richmond Football Club to cook with Tiger Shane Edwards and Richmond VFL player, Aaron Davey.

The trio cooked a kangaroo stir fry together and chatted about playing in Dreamtime at the ‘G, the Korin Gamadji Institute and their Indigenous ancestry.
