WHAT WE DO
We run FREE sport and leadership programs for young mob
Our programs are designed and delivered by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 13-18. Using three key pillars – cultural strength, leadership and social and emotional wellbeing – we empower young mob to navigate life with confidence and purpose.
What makes us unique?
We listen to young people and champion their voices. Our programming is self-determined and guided by what young people, their parents, carers, teachers and communities tell us they need.
Established in 2011, our strong community connections have enabled us to create safe spaces for young mob to explore belonging and identity.
Based within the Richmond Football Club, we harness the power of sport to encourage young mob to chase big dreams.
Does it work?
Our programs have helped over 3,000 young mob to find their voice and make it heard. We listen to young people in order to understand and prioritise their needs.
Designed and delivered by Indigenous researchers, psychologists and community leaders, our programs foster trust and connection.
